Wattle Blossom Felt Sewing Kit

This kit contains the materials, pattern and instructions to make a beautiful Wattle branch with cute yellow blossoms and buds. The finished piece measures approximately 21cm long and 16cm wide.

This keepsake is made from quality materials that has been entirely naturally dyed. It would look beautiful simply pinned to a bedroom wall or even in a vase. This cute would suit a crafter with a little experience. There are comprehensive and clear written instructions, plus a Tutorial with many photos for the visual learner on this website. Your kit has:

- FELT: Colour 1: Green pure wool felt for the Wattle Leaves, naturally dyed with Goldenrod and Dock leaves

-FELT: Colour 2: Another Green pure wool felt for the reverse side of the Wattle Leaves, naturally dyed with Dock leaves and Iron water

-FELT: Colour 3, 4 & 5: Yellow pure wool felt for the Wattle flower buds, naturally dyed with Goldenrod leaves, Marigold flowers and Chamomile flowers.

-THREAD: Yellow 2ply Finn woollen thread for the Wattle Blossoms, naturally dyed in 2 shades of yellow with Marigold and Chamomile flowers

-THREAD: Green 2ply Finn woollen thread for the Stems/Branch and the Leaf Veins, naturally dyed with Dock leaves and organic Indigo.

-2 pipe cleaners

-Paper pattern

You will need:

-Paper scissors and sharp, small fabric scissors

-Sewing needles, cotton sewing thread and pins

-A scrap piece of cardboard or thin card

-A ruler and/or tape measure
